Youth love to engage with Sacred Scripture using the Lectio Divina prayer process! It is is a traditional monastic practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer intended to promote communion with God and to increase the knowledge of God's word. Lectio Divina can be incorporated into youth gatherings or at home.
